GlowsProtocol is an educational wellness tool.

By creating an account or using GlowsProtocol, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GlowsProtocol provides educational information about muscle retention, nutrition, training, recovery, and facial aesthetics for people using GLP-1 medications. It generates scores, summaries, checklists, and protocols based on information you provide.

Photo analysis and personalized protocols are generated using artificial intelligence accessed through our subprocessors (including OpenRouter and underlying model providers such as OpenAI). AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

You are responsible for evaluating AI content with a qualified clinician before changing diet, exercise, supplements, or medication. Do not use GlowsProtocol for emergencies.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (including sending photos to AI subprocessors for analysis as described in the Privacy Policy).

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, non-consensual, or third-party content without permission.

Paid plans and one-time photo unlocks are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices shown at checkout govern your purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal or provider.

Refunds and charge disputes follow Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable law. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

You agree not to:

• Access another user's data or bypass access controls
• Probe, scrape, or overload the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or misuse AI outputs for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent GlowsProtocol outputs as professional medical advice

Our collection and use of personal data — including subprocessors, retention, and international transfers — is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI outputs, or specific health or aesthetic results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowsProtocol and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on educational content in the product. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations) survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
